Apologies if the following link doesn't work, I'm getting to grips with my new phone.

Is this exhaust being sold original oe quality?

I believe they are copied parts, not the best. Never tried them though.

Think a genuine backbox direct from pug is around £160.

Theyre just standard motorfactor stuff, not the best fitting in my experience, ok for joe blogg's runabout, but given o.e stuff is so much better and lasts about ten years and fits properly, I'd go O.E, apart from the cat as they're stupid money.

Thanks for both your replies. I did nearly die when I saw the cat price as well

With those prices would it be best/cheaper to get a full ss system? Say the one that miles does?

They are good, but will make the car LOADS louder as they transmit noise to the cabin.

I always swore by the gen pug o.e center section. But the last one I bought and fitted it to my car lasted 13 months before the pipe coming out of the center box started to rattle. You could push it in and out of the box. It welded fine but not something you expect!

After reading good reveiws about Mile's systems not being to loud, I wil go for one of them next time Smile
