That's much better, I feel like I've cancelled out use of the phrase "SPF record" by making a mum gag.

Phew.

Hello,

here is the problem:

2012-07-13 22:29:49 H=(server.306gti6.com) [80.82.125.196] sender verify fail for <anonymous@server.306gti6.com>: The mail server could not deliver mail to anonymous@server.306gti6.com. The account or domain may not exist, they may be blacklisted, or missing the proper dns entries.

essentially the way we look at at it, any genuine mail is likely going to want a response, so if a mail is sent from a non existant email address then our server will refuse to accept it, since only spammer do not want you to reply to them.

since the domain, server.306gti6.com does not exist mail from that address will always fail. The admin need to set up the server to send from a correct email address and not make one up.

bump Unsure

please
please

it would be very useful to have notifications. i have swapped my email to various ones and lots of places do the same with email blocking so loads of people on here must not be getting emails off the site. and when you get millions of PM's and subscribe to threads its kinda important

LOL

As it happens, I too get all notifications of PM's and thread replies...
However, I personally would rather not receive them, so tried to resolve this issue by unchecking the box in my profile "Receive Forum E-mail".

After doing this however, I still got the notifications through by e-mail! So I'm stumped. LOL
