This morning I went to unlock my car and the blip sounded as usual, but there was no "clunk" it makes when the locks move up/down - the locks don't move at all.

I was able to unlock the car with the key without issue - locks moved fine, no sound or visibility of them getting stuck in any way or snagging (opened both doors)

Also noticed when driving that the rear interior light was flashing like a strobe light, not turning off, but after about 30 seconds it did eventually fade out whilst still flashing.

Any ideas? car was fine last night.

I'm stopped for speeding on a daily basis but now the police are aware that I live for the 306 they dare not interfere, just sit in their cars quaking as I drive past.
