Hi guys my 126,000 mile gti6 is starting to show wear on the steering wheel. Shiny, coming away etc.

I want to replace it with a new OE one or source one from a very low mileage car.

Has anyone ever bought one from peugeot? If so how much was it? Cant really get my head around servicebox! Dunno

Wow!!!! I thought it might be a fair bit but not as much as that!!!

I've never seen a retrimmed steering wheel before, is the the finish and durability the same as standard?

My current wheel makes the inside of the car scruffy (amongst everything else on this car lol)

Cheers thug Smile

The durability of the normal one is Shiite as it's just cheap leather. You can get wheels retrimed in soft touch nice leather for a lot cheaper than a new one and it will look way better. I have some links saved on my laptop I'll dig out for you.
