hi folks, im looking to buy another gti6 engine as a back up, im currently running a early engine in my 205, my wiring loom has been modified by spikey, is the later engine any different?

so does that mean all the connections and sensors and loom from my phase 1 engine will plug straight into the phase 3 engine?

There are slight differences between the 2.different map sensor i think

Yeh I've got a phase 3 engine in my phase 2 now. Only things I had I swap we're oil pressure and map sensors everything else is the same Wink.

I don't think the phase 1 loom has the plug for the oil temp sensor as they measure oil pressure on the dash instead. Yes
