My mate works for Nationwide (the crash repair place) and they are a main sponsor of a Porsche that runs in a cup thats with BTCC. This means he can often get tickets for free Smile

Went to Rockingham and the final at Silverstone last year, and hope to get to more this year. Great to watch Yes

To be fair I think he is going to do well with MG.

At least they won't be using Silverline tools in the paddock LOL

Bit of a suprise to be sure, entry list here http://www.btcc.net/html/drivers.php

Even more suprising that MG are entered as a manufacturer, is this the chinese arm funding or what??? Ive not looked into it, but i really hope this year that all the field are running the new turbo engines so there's no whinging between races about who has more power and more of an advantage etc etc, got tedious last year and the organisers never really go the N/A's on a level playing field with the Turbo's, wrecked the championship for me.

EDIT, just read this http://www.btcc.net/html/generalnews_detail.php?id=2875 Theyre all running the NGTC engines Smile Happy days.

Oh, i see Rob Austin isnt confirmed as actually racing yet, i hope he does, he's a proper 70's racer throw back, caused some good bust ups last year LOL
