Got 70% of the satchshift in this morning with a few helpful hints from Colin and Dave!

The heat shields do have to be removed though unfortunately

Once iv got it fully fitted I'll do a guide

That would be excellant if you can !!!
If the heat shield has to come off ....I've got a stainless Exhaust ....that means I'm going to have to wrap it then ?....

I'm just going to get some heat proof tape and line my tunnel with that, never been a fan of the wrap!

maybe if the heat shields were re-shaped it might allow enough room but I couldn't be arsed to mess around

I'll measure the gap tomorrow between the rod and the tunnel but it's probably around 5mm and the standard heat shields sit around 10-15mm away from the tunnel

First pic is correct, second one the stays need to go under the bell crank, the one with the wider slotted hole needs to point downwards (goes to the old pivot post) the one with the thinner diameter slotted hole needs to face up so it bolts to the heat shield stud on the passanger side

I'll take pics tomorrow as I'm at work at the min

And it's the elongated right hand hole that is used to bolt the pivot post to the pass side rack mount

I added an extra washer to the pivot set up so I had one ontop of the stays/ under the bell crank and one between the top of the bell crank and head of the bolt
