I don't think it looks that bad, a nicer set of rims and remove some stickers and job done.

its sooo bad.
You would need to take off both bumpers, change the bonnet, change the lexus lights, get a single pipe exhaust. It looks like a real life version of those cartoon 306 keyrings

and the wheels...

That would have cost a lot of money to build. Unfortunately it would cost a lot to put right having to replace a load of panels and then getting them sprayed exhaust would have to go too

Standard bumpers, real lights and phase 3 bonnet and spoiler all painted up and it will be a bargain i say. Looks to have some sort of dimma kit and throttle bodies, would sound and go well i would say

I basically wanted THAT car when i was younger, to a Yowth it's like Car Porn!

58k miles for £3,300 and you could get back a fair bit by selling the glued on bits, so long as the engine's solid!!

I've seen it in the metal at Combe, I used to like that whole 'kit' look before I could drive Blink The engine/bodies are the only good things going for it and it certainly is it not worth £3,000+!

So when done, it will owe about £4200. And that's if you get a decent colour match.

Better off buying a standard '6 for £700 and then spending out a couple of grand on the bodies surely?

Was thinking the same myself but standard bumpers wouldn't be wide enough would they? Dunno

i saw this at fcs a while back and if i remember rightly it is a fibreglass kit and it don't look all that in the flesh. the front bumper/bonnet is plain awful and the rest of it looks like a day out at halfords. obviously a lot of work has gone into it and ecosse are good at what they do, although what that is i do not know.
workmanship, thats it, their workmanship is of a high standard, but the look is down to the customer who chooses the stuff, it could be made to look like a dimma but i think it needs too much money chucked at it to make it look like that. fibre glass kits do have a habit of warping in hot sun and then the panels look crap. not the worst effort i have seen but that whole 'cover car' thing is way beyond any aspirations i have with doing up a 306.

When this was built, remember styling was important! Kahn wheels were the "in" thing too! The chav in me still quite likes that though.

It's an Ecosse scandal kit. Fibreglass. I used to love these cars back in the day. The kit was £5k+ fit and painting. Plus the throttle bodies that's a very expensive car (or to build anyway). The only real issue I had with it is you need ~25cm spacers to allow the rear wheels to fill the arches and they looked ridiculous up close.

Such a shame about the advert- puts anyone serious off the car immediately.

Even if you don't like modified cars, it's been done to a very high standard and believe it or no, all of that kit was designed to match- it hasn't just been hashed together. Agree on the wheels though (and the lights!!), something multispoke would look better.
