Hi, following on from our other topic these are finished roll-centre kits. The main body is cnc machined in house from EN24T and gives 30mm of correction. The full kit consists of the main body, laser cut side braces, zinc coated hi-tensile bolts, washers and nyloc nuts. The kit is per car so theres two sets of everything. The kit is currently only available for 16mm front hubs, if there is enough interest we may do an 18mm version.
As always these have been tried and tested on our own cars on road and track aswell as the nurburgring.

This picture shows the complete kit that you will recieve

This picture shows the small mod required to the bottom ball joint hole of the hub

The chamfer is required to clear the radius on the extension body. The radius is critcal to its strength and the mod allows the body to sit flush to the hub adding yet more strength.

The price is £95 plus p+p, the price also includes an abrasive stone which can be used in a hi-speed drill to modify your own hubs.

Cheers, Allan

How low do we mean, even lower than 30mm? Or just anything lower than standard?

I'll be interested in the above package in due course, at how much lower than standard would you say the roll centre kit is required and when you say easy hub mods to fit is it just drilling the hub out?

The roll centre kit is for cars lowered 25mm or more. The hub requires a small chamfer filing on the underside of the ball joint hole and careful attention paying to the torque of the bolts!

25mm or more Smile

I wouldn't think you'd have a problem with TD 1.2s tbh but someone running a cyclone may do

Well theres a lot more interest in the 18mm ones than we anticipated! I will look into them tommorow and post up a lead time.

As mentioned in my original post, they offer 30mm of correction so they lower your BBJ by 30mm. Wheel clearance isn't an issue, I've got a set under some 13" steelies.
