Great fun! Cheap to run compared to a 6 too. My old 16v'd Rallye would have been all over a 6.

That's good to know. Am looking to go cheaper everything for a while, but still be able to have fun. Like the old skool style of the S1. Not sure I'd want the 16v lump in it though, bumps it over the higher tax threshold I guess!

And there's something about owning a pure unadulterated 1.3, 100hp pocket rocket! LOL Cool

If I had the choice I would go for a 1.3 all day long. Those little engines are so revvy and eager. Smiles per miles its the funnest car I've ever owned. Do itSmile
As for tax, my 16v was still a 1.3 with the dvla.
