Right then,

I bought a bespoke made half rollcage a while back and ever since Ive had it, Ive wanted a proper full on cage as its now a pure track car.

It looks like a show cage, but I dont think it is, seems very strong. It bolts to original seatbelt mounting points, and other legs need to be attached to rear footwell floor.

It has been painted in china blue using rattle cans, so the finish isnt great (china is a pearl colour, and hard to get it all right)

Looking for £90 collected Smile

I will add that the cage doesnt go right to the roof, a couple of inches off. So if I was to refit it, I would get some metal plates made up to sit in between front legs and floor Smile

I am located in the midlands, in between Leicester and Peterborough.

Here are a few more pictures. As you can see, as its not tight to the body of the car, I would probably class it as a show cage. I aim to do hillclimbs and sprints, so want a proper cage in case the worst happens.

This cage although wont help me as much if I was to roll it as a proper cage would, but my thinking at the time was its better than no cage, and it did seem to make the car feel stiffer, less body roll etc.

Dont see why not!

Some beefy box section to mount the current front legs will sort it a treat. I dont know anyone that could do this (welder etc) so much easier for me just to buy one already sorted Smile
