Twist the thing at thetop of the shock, ifyou havnt got the key then I think u can use long nose pliers.

depends which type, some you have to take the spring off and compress the damper rod.

have to take those off the car to adjust Thumbs up

on car adjustable are 8710-1367 and are discontinued.
