Right need a new car currently got a mk4 golf I'd love to go back to a 6 but the insurance is to high and the arrival of a child it wouldn't be practical,I'd only have around £1500 to spend ideas??
I was looking a the BMW e46 coupe ci 1.9 or try and find a decent mk4 gt tdi

A BMW coupe is much less practical than any hatchback and youll probably find the insurance is more than a 6 too. Id be looking for a 306 hdi as a £1500 gt tdi golf will probably be a high mileage shit heap, also the 306 is much better to drive than the golfs (as you should know)

For 1500 the e46 ci would be a dog.

HDi gets my vote. I'd hate to own one though.

I actually loved mine was just so good on fuel, looked like a 6 and had the same great chassis. Didn't set the tyres on fire but was quick enough to commute in.

Pretty obvious this thread would turn into a trolling load of shite about how great your w*nky fat slow, soul-less German sausage eating barge of a golf is over a Gti6.

Who are you really trying to convince?

Yes you have done in some of your previous threads - which mainly focus on how much you w*nk over your shitbox mark 4 golf. You have no interest in any other cars. So why are you starting threads about what car you should buy next on a pug site when you and everyone else know its just a smoke screen so you can continue to harp on about golf's? FOYC to https://www.iw*nkovermygolf.co.uk Thumbs up
