the container got lined with 50mm kingspan its dry Smile

and yeh i am getting whole car painted hopefully this year, trying to keep my options open for a white bonnet, my ones embarrassing!

couriering a bonnet and not dinging it over a large distance is quite a mean feat!
tried local scrappy's etc?

I got a Cherry Red bonnet off ebay as my Rallye one is embarrassing too. Unfortunately both rear corners were dented in (well flattened) during transport. Tip: rest a 306 bonnet on its side as it is a straight edge, not on the 2 rear corners! Packing it properly probably would have helped too. It is a difficult one working out what to do and I took a punt knowing it might be sh!te or get damaged but it didn't pay off. Maybe best to get the one on your car painted (as the red one would have to be painted both sides).

get it sprey'd cost you,.. but you could get 10 white bonnets and they all be knackered by the time they reach you way up there!
at least you know it'll match and it'll be in mint condition!
if the thing was free anyway that's what I'd do!

I mean I bet I could find you a white bonnet ask Ed_van_dijk about his astor door handle LOL
but transporting it would be a different matter! Sad
