Well for the last 8-9 years i've modified no other car, owning 43 in total (at last count but no doubt ive missed some) i'd changed my number to a 306 number was almost to the point of changing my birthday to 3rd June so thought it was time to try something different with a budget of up to £7k i decided to look for a new car, various cars caught my attention, but if im honest it was having a spin out with Jon (CUJ) in his DC5 at Llandow that made my mind up that i'd get a DC5, during last year i found myself just being tight and not actually buying 1 Smile my new years resolution was to actually get 1 this year, i went yesterday and collected this Smile

Give it a quick once over this morning but cant wait to actually get the machine out and get the paint work up to standard

Wheels aren't great so i plan to paint them, i think im going to do them white (as i always do) bumpers have marks so will probably re paint them and there a few general bits that i want to tidy up but overall im happy with it Smile Smile Smile

well i thought that but the conversion was only done 4-5 weeks ago he was told they did the speedo (so you can see what speed) but failed too do the display (mileage reading) but as he hadn't driven it much dint know if it was registering in miles/km's all old MOT's are in km's so backs that up, i got to say his wording in the listing was a bit vaugue, i contacted a local firm today to ask IF this is possible and he says on the Honda's its 2 differnt things to do within the cluster, 1st is an easy job which does the clock reading 2nd a litle more fidly and does the reading if done wrongly will f*ck whole cluster up which is why the other company only did the 1, not sure if this is right or not im not bothered either way tbh i've always had the opinion that mileage is just a number the dash displays as long as the car is serviced and maintained which this has been there is loads of paper work all from Honda

Nice example Simon. I left a mesaage over on 306oc but thought you would probably see it sooner on here. You mentioned about giving her a good mop, would you be interested in mopping my estate in exchange for cash?!
