fook me i got a shock the other day! protyre quoted me in the region of £350 for 4 toyos! they cost me about £270 last year. just got two on the front for now. these cars are getting more expensive to run than they are worth.

Formally team BLAZE now Team bianca recuperating from multiple organ failure nicely!
items replaced so far, clutch, cambelt etc, radiator, exhaust, most of front running gear, wish bones, drop links, ball joints, track rod ends, bearings, brakes, calipers, discs, and pads, brake lines, front springs, brake balance compensator thingy, hand brake cable, throttle cable (twice), coil pack, door handle, windscreen, wipers, head lamps several sensors and bulbs Dry .rear beam new throttle cable, new battery. .......... yeah man, team money pit! but shes still rollin!

T1r's on a 55 or 50 profile for 350 ???
Michelin Pe2 all round fitted/balanced at pug dealer for £270 on the 50 profile tho

On ebay there are 4 x T1R 195/55-15 for £214 including delivery (obviously fitting + balancing is extra). Haven't got link at the mo, but should find it using search function.

£350 is getting too close to the price of Michelins.

i bougth a full set of brnad new toyos off of ebay for my 1.9 205 gti wheels on my gti6. cost 186 quid about a year ago. i think the seller was topgearshop.

have a look matey, might save yourself a fortune
