so since my stainless exhaust annoyed me i thought il go back to standard anyways got standard exhaust and decided to paint it to prevent rust mostly as i seen another member on here do it and thought it was gd idea so here are pic's i didnt take befores kinda got carry'd away and forgot Smile

i used heat paint 650-1200 and i done those img things wrong way round lol il sort it now they must be to big they didnt show up

You can also get rust from water condensing inside the exhaust and eating its way out, but mostly on little used cars.

after market one? evan cheap ones are still a box altho middle section is a has cylinder on it

i have a slightly different backbox on my 6, looks the same as the one in the photos but the last part including the tip is all one formed piece. not sure if this is how it should be but it's certainly different from the p1 ones and p2 ones i've had in the past. mine is genuine too
