do people use jubilee clips to hold the small rubber tubes in place?

if so... what size chaps?

Use little fuel hose clips mate, even the smallest jubilees dont seem to clamp well with pipes that small!

Dont need any tbh.. 5mm tpiece and 4mm sikicone hose. If you want you can use a small cable tie..
