well after 5 years on the forum, tonight ive just bought my first 306, an onyx black phase 2 gti6, with 83k on the clock. i rebuilt the engine on this car 2 years ago after flood damage, fitted new crank, rods, pistons, rings, shells, head gasket, bolts, waterpump, cambelt, clutch etc and covered 15k since. being mot'd saturday morning at my brothers garage then collecting it from there next week Big grin

paid for it tonight and just bought the insurance outright Smile

bitsteins, eibachs -40mm. 1144 pads, black cyclones, decat, rallye aux setup (no a/c) thats it.

going to stay as it is as the 205 rallye's modified enough and ive got a company car with private use so no real need. i don't really have a valid reason for buying it actually, was actually drunk at the time LOL

unless i find a cheap supercharger kit Big grin

you must really love the banter around here then!

Looks lovely, I actually quite like the phase 2 strip on the boot for some reason, they normally look pretty outta place but yours looks alright.
