Both of the plastic pieces (hockey sticks?) under the headlights on my ph2 don't fully go in and flap around. The clips are missing/broken.

Can someone advise me on where to get some replacement ones. Pugeot weren't very helpful. Or another solution.

Thanks.

Go back in to Peugeot and slap them and tell them to earn their keep.

My nearside one still won't stay flush even with the new clip. Think its because one of the headlight clips is broken so the light pushes the hockey stick out slightly. Peugeot had those clips in stock when I asked for one....sound like your lot are a bunch of useless gimps!

Yes ebay doesn't always mean cheap - was gutted when I didn't buy a P3 gearknob in time for £45 - £50 thinking they were NLA...until I got one from Peugeot at £35.

i think it was the parts dept at our local pug dealers that ultimately made me sell up with pug. what a bunch of saps. i spent the best part of an hour registering my car in the parts dept on their system only for it to be repeatedly lost so every time i went in there he would need my chassis number rather than my reg no.
eventually i told the guy his fortune and informed him what a w*nker i thought he was and what a crap garage it was stomped off and sold my car.
are all parts guys pricks or is it just peugeot

Pug parts employees are generally lazy. If I catch mine on a good day he is nice as pie and prepared to 'sift through everything', yet go in with a list of 20 part numbers making his job a doddle the next and he will get a shitty on.

I find ringing up they really can't be arsed, pop in late in the afternoon and they are prepared to spend a bit more time.

Many thanks for all the replies. Have ordered some from a different dealer now. Hopefully I won't wreck them putting them in.

You get w@nkers everywhere especially in the car world. I used to have old Audis and I ran into loads of pricks who tried to take the pi$$. My wife gave a ford dealer not too far from here a good piece of her mind this time last year. Thing is they think they are so clever doing it.

There are those who think they are so frigging awesome because they sell car parts and take that as a licence to be pompous tw@ts, those who can't be @rsed as your car is more than 5 years old and therefore in their loser-ish eyes not "cool" any more (even though they probably couldn't afford one), and those who look at you as a challenge to suck as much money as possible out of you. Then you get the knobs who know nothing but try and tell you that you are wrong and make up blatant lies to try and back it up. "Oh that's normal they all do that". Oh really.

Tell them to get f**ked (politely of course - common courtesy is a virtue - and not very common these days) and say you are going somewhere else because they are losers. I've done that more than once and one guy said "you'll be back". I said "no I won't". Guess whose prediction came true. And I told everyone I knew about them.

I have to do my job properly, why can't other people?

We all have a duty not to put up with bad service, and then maybe it won't happen so often.
