Hi chaps, I'm selling my spare shell.

I bought this a couple of years ago with the intention of re-shelling my track car but time is never going to allow it. Not sure of it's history but I think its probably had light rally use due to minor gravel marks on the floor pan which is no detriment at all. I also think its a ex-factory shell because of the plate seen in the picture that clearly states "Rally Car/No Sunroof/No sealer/No Aircon.

If you were to reproduce this you'd be looking at a cost of around 6k to get it to this standard. Its it just cost a friend 5.5K to do his Mk1 Golf shell without the seam welding.

I'm asking for £1400 in my ebay add but I'm not really expecting to get that much so I'll let the add run and if towards the end its not sold I'll be open to offers. The shell is dead straight with no damage or dings, this is a ideal basis for any 306 race or rally car build, any questions please feel free to call me on 07973882528.

Admittedly, the guy is an awesome driver, but it just go's to show how well these cars can handle with the right modification's

Hi what phase is the shell? I can't work it out from the slam panel.
Can u post some pics of the floor inside and out too show the minor gravel damage?
Has the underside of the shell been treated in any way or is it just in primer?

I think its a phase1 one but I'll take the pictures over the w/end.
I'm pretty sure that the car has been dipped and then wafted over in anti-rust primer.
Cheers Martin.

It's a Peugeot sports shell with a custom cage fitted, instead of a custom cages serial number which normally begin with a letter k and 4 numbers this one has ps then 4 numbers, I rang custom cages and they said ps is Peugeot sport, however they can not give me any other info ad it's a Peugeot sports car and I am not intitled to any information!
It comes with slam panel and wings that's it, however I have a Rallye which I was going to use to build this shell up and make it a phase 2/3 car! I could supply a phase 2/3 slam panel and wings at a little extra cost or you could have the shell and the road legal Rallye for £1800 so then u have everything to build this car up as a phase 2!

Sad times!!! The shell has a buyer and should be picked up at the weekend, the Rallye is still available at £800 if anyone is interested, it can be built back up with standard gti6 seats and Rallye interior panels if needs be! :-(

The shell is back up for sale, I was Informed by Martin in post number 9 that the shell had been acid dipped and then primered, Ash has just had a look at it and said that it hasn't been dipped, therefore he didn't want it!
I can't say weather it has or has not been dipped!
So now it is back up for sale, anyone that was intrested before can get incontact and a deal can be done! I'm not going to loose loads on this, at the end of the day it needs a respray so the shell would need to be prepared anyway!
£800 no offers
