Anyone know the approximate going rate for a used (pattern) catalyst at the moment? I need to get rid of my old one and don't want to get my pants pulled down.

Edit: I mean the scrap metal price, not 2nd hand purchase price.

I thought the pattern ones were worth a lot lot less due to the change in rare metals used? Hence why they are a lot cheaper in the first place?

A genuine gti6 one makes about £80 a pattern one about a fiver.

I think you're right Carl, I called a place earlier that said pattern catalysts were worthless and he wouldn't give me anything! In the skip for this one then... LOL
