As in the title I can't login to the forum anymore with Firefox after clearing my cookies. Any ideas? |

How do you mean you can't? You get an error? It doesn't log in? Does it redirect you anywhere?Go to Tools | Security and click "remove individual cookies". In the Search box, enter "306gti6". If all's good, you should have two - "userid" and "pswd". Make sure they're both deleted, then try again. They should re-create themselves then log you in. I take it you haven't *disabled* cookies rather than clearing them? ________________________________________ Membership expiring soon, get in contact on our new little forum project. |

I log in and it says 'Thank you for logging in glenn_addo. Don't forget to check the forums and the gallery to find out what has been happening since your last visit, at 23:06 on 20th Oct 11. Please also make use of the 'view recent posts' link on the homepage, which shows the threads you have missed since you last checked in. Click here to enter The Peugeot 306 GTi-6 & Rallye Owners Club.' but then goes back to the log in screen and I have to enter my login details again. I've updated Firefox. Cleared all the cookies again. Set 306gti6.com as an exception to allow cookies. I can log in fine with IE |

So no cookies are saved in FF once you get through the login page? If you go in and filter cookies by "306gti" there are none there?________________________________________ Membership expiring soon, get in contact on our new little forum project. |

Yeah no cookies for 306gti6 but cookies for other sites. I haven't disabled cookies or anything. All I did was delete all my history, cookies etc. All other sites are ok and i can log in fine just not this one? |

Hmm, sounds like something going very weird to me, there's no reason a browser would explicitly refuse cookies from one site unless you've told it to. Only thing I could suggest was maybe installing something like LiveHttpHeaders if you care that much, or just use another browser if it's really not playing. You've definitely cleared everything with 306 in it? It might have an old cookie for https://www.306gti6.com rather than 306gti6.com, or vice versa. ________________________________________ Membership expiring soon, get in contact on our new little forum project. |
