Having a few problems, My post has vanished !!

Anyway here it is again !!!

I'm selling my jenvey bodies and inlet manifold.

The inlet is split new. Below is what I'm selling.

45mm Jenvey throttle bodies complete with fuel rail, TPS and Linkage.

70mm Trumpets

GTI 6 Injectors

Colin Satchell Inlet Manifold (This is longer and gives a better angle than what jenvey/Longman have to offer) This manifold also connects the bodies upside down so gives a better inlet tract.

Also with the above set up you have the option to run 8 injectors. I run the injectors in the original position and have blanked the injector holes in the bodies.

The inlet manifold will come complete with fuel rail and regulator and GTI 6 injectors, I will also supply the fuel rail for the Jenvey bodies. The bodies have been balanced and throttle pot set up so if you have an ECU these are good to bolt on and go.

These are mounted to my MI 16 in my 205, The total inlet length is 400mm from trumpet face to valve face.

I'll do the lot including delivery for £700

I bought them off someone else so can't comment on how much use. I personally have done very little with them and as I say the inlet manifold is new.

Everything is there apart from the ecu.

Could you map a standard ecu for use with these, or do you have to have an aftermarket one?

I've got an after market ecu.

I'm led to believe you can map the GTI6 ECU, Some one on here might be able to point you in the right direction.

More questions from the noob to tb's.

Could I just swap these, connect fuel and throttle cable, and run on the standard map up to Rochdale, or do they require extensive setting up from the start.
Are 45's more for power and 40's more for torque?
Any ideas on power/ torque increase with/without mapping.
I know people add new cams to a tb setup, will this release much more from them.
How long is a piece of string?

Mines just a fast road car, so Im really looking to increase mid range torque, but I do love the sound of tbs. This is how mine sounds with induction atm http://youtu.be/wg0USySVKX8

Yes there is no real reason why it couldnt be mapped on a stanard ecu, the main problem i can see is the wiring side.
