Was browsing Black Circles for some tyres, these wont be bought until next spring, and depend on how much rapage goes on when my insurance is due, but Im wondering which will give better cornering out of

15" Michelin PE2 195/50/15 on 5J Cyclones
15" Yokohama Advan Neova AD08 on same rims

16" Conti Sport Comtact 195/45/16 6J Superturismos will I get much more contact area on the 1" wider rim?
16" Michelin Pilot Sport 3 (£115 each Sad ) same rims

16" Proxies but in 205/45/16 6J

Im not sure how much rim/tyre width and profile effects grip in real life. These will be for mostly "summer" use

I have pe2's on cyclones in that profile and they are very good. A little soft on the side wall but not a problem. They have lots of grip and excel in the wet too. My favourite tire so far. Only £66 fitted at my local tire center too. Smile

I also have PE2's in that profile on cyclones and i love them. Similar if not better than my old Eagle F1's.
I will be getting more when these have worn out. Smile
