Think Ash was away last week, could be the reason why. It's a hobby as opposed to a job so I guess everyone takes time off from a hobby now and again.

Its happened to me with him, but you get it in the end. With me someone else was meant to be shipping it out, not Ratty as they were stripping the car together. You'll get it

If you want to feel better about the situation I can strongly recommend buying something from PugPlus.

If he has said they have been shipped, you should get them.

I had a bit of a delay with getting some bits off him, but only as he didnt have time to remove said parts from the car. All other dealings with him, he has been spot on Thumbs up

Na the rat boy is a sound fella.
Help me out of a pickle a while back when I need a gearbox end plate on a friday night when all the pug garages were shut and had no chance of driving back to work sunday night. I drove to his in swansea from cardiff ( a worrying 25 miles with a leaking gearbox) and he fitted the new plate and even supplied new gear box oil. He is a legend in my books.
