I have for sale a 205 gti roll cage as fitted to the latest 2009 on 205 challenge cars bolt in multi point with double diagonal and harness rear bars complete front and rear . The cage was fitted to an unused road rally car so a few scratches and marks but perfectly good undamaged cage.

costs nearly £700 +the vat looking for offers on £425.

I have 5 205s and keeping 2 so I have more than a few bits.... not sure I am going to put any more money into the 306 gti 6, that the engine you mention is for. keep in touch it might change on the reaction to stripping it.

Will list the 205 on this forum and another when i have chance.
