autotrader is a waste of time! you may as well just knock £50 of the asking price!!

So far spent about £80 advertising it so far buddy, it's a far cry away from what it used to be like years ago!! Could always buy and sell cars easily with the autotrader!

I spent an age selling my E46 330ci m-sport....it was mint with FBMWSH and every option with loads spent on it. Cost me at least £200 by the time I had finished advertising it and insuring it next to my new car etc. Didn't even matter that it was just serviced/ 12months mot+tax.

The world do want to buy cars- but anyone wanting a car for £1k wants a 5dr focus/ fiesta/ puma/ astra diesel etc etc that will cost sod all to put petrol in (no one seems to even consider how it's been looked after!). A 3 litre straight six heavy german car wasn't what the public wanted apparantly! Got rid eventually- after dropped the price by £1700 from what it was originally advertised for!

Seriously, if it's not going, you may want to consider keeping it than letting it sell for next to nothing Sad

not surprising in the slightest, phase 1s are worth pennies now. even the most reliable ones. Its quite sad really. you are much better off breaking it, I got about 1500 when i did mine, all be it a few years ago. Sod the rarity of sigma, its only a car, why should you be hundreds of pounds out of pocket to protect something that the next owner will most likely have to break anyway.
