Firstly, ignore how filthy the car is, especially the brake dust coated Comps.

Me and my girlfriend both had Sunday off last week so decided to take a drive out down the road to the Buttertubs Pass. Traffic was actually very quiet, however the OH doesn't like me driving too fast, so was a gentle drive out.

Anyway, took some photos along the way.

Looking forward to getting out for a proper blast one day, got a nice long route planned out Big grin

Lovely scenery and road looks like you should've left the bint and said I'll be back in a hour you count some sheep or something. That car used to live down here round the corner from Grumpychef.

Wow mega road, i thought we had some good ones round here (cat and fiddle area) but that tops it i rekon.

Parts of that road remind me of Holme Moss.

Snap

I was up there in August driving around a route for a road bike event I was organising, so was being paid mileage to drive 100miles on these roads Big grin

I have virtually identical copies of Dans photos but with a white Rallye.

Here's some more.

Looking down from Fleet Moss towards Gayle

Driving up towards Askrigg Common from the North side.
