I've put the rallye back together now
In the process I've replaced the TREs, drop links and complete wishbones.
I've kept the same rack that was on it and everything is torqued up tight.
When driving the steering seems very stiff, then when turning right it kind of hesitates halfway then goes again to full lock.
Any ideas??

The best engine in the world is the vagina, it takes any size piston, its self lubricating, starts with 1 finger, and every 4 weeks does its own oil change. It's just a pity the management system is so fecking temperamental.

They both seem fine, I didn't strip them down.
Just removed and then put back on, will double check them anyway

Seems to have sorted itself out, could it have been an air lock in the pass system?

Mine has this issue. Car was cold first thing in the morning, popped the power steering resevoir cap and heard air.

Cleaned the little magnet in the power steering cap and then bled it. Steering feels a lot better now!
