Noticed a couple days ago that there's a strange clicking noise coming from my gearbox. I've jacked up the front and turned both wheels and you can here a loud click, click, click noise. You can here it through the floor whilst driving. No idea what it is.
Anyone else got any ideas?

No it's a constant click, the faster i spun the wheel the louder the sound got. I really don't think its the shafts No because i had the car jacked up, and the noise i traced back to the diff. I spun each shaft independently and the clicking noise came from the same place. "where the shafts engage into the gearbox"
