Hi just enquiring what exhaust cat back system I should buy for my 6. I ve currently got a magnex Decat fitted with standard cat back. I am after one which is not to loud but after nice raspy and poppy exhaust I ve been looking at magnex or scorpion maybe jetex. Just asking anyone which one to go for thanks |

If you want it to sound good, go OEM. If you want it better, get a Jetex. If you want to sound like a dirty chav down Southend Seafront on a friday night, go for pretty much anything else ________________________________________ Membership expiring soon, get in contact on our new little forum project. |

Wouldn't go for a magnex if you don't want too loud. I've got a magnex system with decat and it is v loud. Pops like mad though when its warmed up and sounds awesome when your in the mood. ________________________________________ '01 Astor Grey GTi6'99 Cherry Rallye |

Pops like mad though when its warmed up and sounds awesome when your in the mood. I'll second that one. I'm looking at a quieter system at some point as my Magnex 4" is head doing on long journeys. I'm looking at standard or Jetex. Only reason I purchased the Magex was because the standard system was rotten when I bought the car. ________________________________________ My Myspace / Band Myspace / My FacebookTeam China™ GTi6 always more to come.... pic1 pic2 pic3 pic4 pic5 pic6 pic7 pic8 pic9 pic10 ------------------------------- * Quote of the day:- "Grow some balls.. but why balls??? If you order direct from Jetex, mention that you are on the GTI6 forum and you should get a discount |
