The problem is that the car doesnt start. What happens when i try to start the car is explained below:

When i turn the ignition key to the second place, non of the lights on the instrument cluster come on.. When i try to start the car, all i can hear is engine spins but not start.Nothing else happens

1) My battery is ok fine .
2)I checked all fuses and are ok
3)if so I checked the spark when I automatically see spark
4)Gasoline pump can be heard

when I wanted to go to the service he went back but after one month made again this problem.
It would be great if someone can help me ple
I think that any contact is imperfect or if the chip in the key broke not allow witnesses to ignite the board?
