A rear beam mount is on the way out on my rallye
One side has been replaced but the other has been knocking a little
I've got a phase 3 beam that's ha all the mounts changed, the problem is they are different
The rallye has the compensator, but this beam doesn't.
Will it be fine to swap it without the compensator?

Thanks in advance

The best engine in the world is the vagina, it takes any size piston, its self lubricating, starts with 1 finger, and every 4 weeks does its own oil change. It's just a pity the management system is so fecking temperamental.

fit the compensator to the replacement beam, you can leave the bracket parts and front beam mounts on the car and remove the tube on its own without disturbing the brake lines

Would it be ok without it?
I'm assuming that there's no difference in the beams other than the compensator and if the phase 2 braking system is the same as phase 3 bar the compensator then i will just go with that as is
The compensators tend to seize over time anyway

Different brake set up on later cars, hence no compensator.

Something to do with ABS,independant brake system rings a bellUnsure

PS,are those VTS torsion bars off yet???Whistle
