After getting rid of the 205 cabriolet on bodies then the 205 Rallye we both really miss certain features of both of these.

We have both decided on a new car and what were gonna do to it.

It's not mint but it's not far off. We paid £1000 for it with 50k on the clock. Roof was mint but did not work

We first gave it a clean and diagnosed the hood to be a broken hose which we fixed for £40
We then started to lower the beam to find a brand new rebuild kit Inc shafts...result

I also overhauled the rear brakes and gave them a lick of paint

We also purchased some vortex alloys in black
This is after 1months work

Nothing involving a 306 can be considered worthwhile.

Most people who know us know that the wheels would be the first thing to go. We don't really do shiny things. Just black & orange.

It was going to be either the yellow one or this but due to a friend having a yellow Rallye we chose the rarer orange.

Over the winter months it will get our gti6 engine with a set of bodies fitted as we both love the sound. To finish it off will be full leather which is a pain as I just sold the front seats...doh

Remember that the front seats of a cabbie and an 3-door are different Wink

But interesting project, with the gti6 on bodies in an open 306 Big grin *subscribed* Wink
