found this new rallye Aux setup on Ebay for all you lot looking to ditch your Aircon,you will need, Idle Pulley Part no Gatt36036 Manuel Tensioner Part no Gatt38098 then go to Euro car parts, Peugeot etc and order Alternator Belt 5750 WL Tensioner Screw 5703 67 and below a pic of the setup borrowed from another post!  hope this helps some of you lot out!  ________________________________________ Proud Member of the ASTOR Owners Club |

my hero  i recently bought a replacement pulley, which when fitted had a severe wobble took it back for replacement, and the replacement was just as bad cheers ________________________________________ FRESHLY RE-FURBISHED GTI BEAMSFITTING AND LOWERING AVAILABLE. ALL AXLES BUILT USING GENUINE PEUGEOT PARTS IF I'M NOT HERE, IT ONLY MEANS ONE THING.... I'M SOMEWHERE ELSE! |

You dont really need a special tensioner screw from Pug as any bolt works fine to tension it up. Thats what I did to mine.________________________________________ XU10J4RS powered 405 . |
