right im about to change my rear discs are they are f*cked so to speak, but do i need new wheel bearings to do this or not as some people have said i have to, plus anyone got advise the easy way to do this as its my first time,

No you don't need new bearings, doddle to do, look in the faq section

when you jack the car up check for playing on the wheel at 12 and 6 o'clock. also check with the wheel off by rotating the disc.
