my gti6 has started missing at low revs then go's at about 1000rpm seams to started doin it since wet weather mabey it the cheap induction kit any idears as im lost with this 1

As in idling dodgy?

If so it's probably either the stepper motor (aka idle control valve) or map sensor. More likely the first.

Search for them on here and you'll find how to sort them.

Carb cleaner works well, however in my experience cleaning doesn't always work. Clean it, try it. Still no luck? Just buy a new one. Genuine pug part isn't too expensive or you could buy a replacement one, They don't cost much on ebay.
