Am I being thick but has anything changed? Huh?
I was half expecting a flash filled new layout with a shop and a couple of coconuts or am I being impatient?

I really wouldnt like a new layout, i think the simple way this one is set out is one of the main things going for it.

Cosmic, when you try to start a new thread there's no submit button at the bottom.

Just had this problem myself. If you've ever advertised a car before in the peugeots for sale section just edit your old ad and bump it to the top. Not sure how else you would get round it.

I suspect "someone" needs to find the pre-March 23rd version of newthread.php and revert to that. (I wonder whether CVS or subversion is being used to manage the forum code). Either that or just go in and re-un-disable the submit button Wink

Or in plain english: some people discovered they were still able to post new threads even after things had been set to "read only", so they probably disabled the button and now forgot to put it back. Wizard

You want the world on a stick...!

A slight oversight. I'll speak to Ash and get the "submit" button on newthread.php restored.

For now, you'll just have to reply to existing threads Laugh
