there's a couple of star bit bolts, should just pop off after that.

Three nuts in the grab handle/arm rest (10mm) iirc
Obviously remove switches, door handle surround, and door lock pin.
Then there will be a few screws along the bottom edge of the door card.
Then just pull gently to release poppers.

You may need to give the grab handle a bit of a tug as it's a tight fitting at the front nut/bolt

Smile

Putting the door lock pin back on will cause lots of swear words, they are the stupidest design ever! I've given up trying to get my passenger side one to stay on

Internall mirror covers just pop off as does the top bolt cover, door handle surround you prise off with a knife starting at the top right corner ,Be carefull as you prise off the speaker cpvers as they break easily, pop off the door lock pin,the top bolt in the arm rest that was under the cover is a ten mil socket and the two lower ones are 8 mil, undo the speaker screws and unplug the speaker also the screws in the card compartments, then pop the card off and lift out of the top channel.ther is a little difference in the earlier cards so dont panic if you cant find any of the screws I've mentioned.

When I first did this, it took me ages to put it back on right, but it's really very simple, for a phase 1 anyway.

Get the door pin, then with a tiny screwdriver, push the tab in through the hole and position the inner slide so it's in the lowest position.

With the door card back in place, open the window, close the door and lock the car, then push the pin into position and press down hard.
It will locate and grip the metal rod and stay in position when locking/unlocking manually or with the CL Wink

And yes, I forgot about the speaker covers, mirror covers and the three bolts holding the speakers in, should be pretty obvious though LOL

Oh i've done exactly that hundreds of times, I think the little clip is knackered on mine and not holding it properly any more. When I can be bothered I may go and see if I can get some new ones from peugeot but as it's the passenger side that plays up it's not on top of the list to sort out
