Just had a quote from a local bodyshop. Figured it would save some hassle if I could get it done local.

£1000 to repair the rear quarter panel (Passenger side) spray it and the door.

I don't think so.

I've just checked the quote and it definitely says "Repait Panel"

Maybe its because the Astor paint comes from the remote Himalayan Astor mine and it claims on average the lives of 10 men each time they collect some Dunno

On a more serious note though, that does sound rather expensive...

Nope. That sounds about right to me. I got a quote for a dent after someone kicked my rear quarter.... £750! pull it, fill it, spray it. Obviously i said no thanks. It wasnt even scratched!

As soon as I get a spare 20 minutes I'mm gonna take it to Pug1Off and see what they will do it for. If its gonna cost more than £500 i'll just leave it. I'm only going to have the car as my daily driver for about 6 months, after that it will likely become a track car.
