On the back of the spoke or the inside of the wheel?

Cheers, do you know how much by??
I have spaced my cyclones out slightly to miss my coilovers and am running camber so shouldn't have any arch clearance problems?

Infinitely better to just get some aftermarket alloys that clear them IMO Yes

Or use rotors with bells and space the caliper back 20mm, that could work. What's the thickest disc brembos could take??

28mm IIRC.

Rotors and bells would work, but it'll cost you.

I'm pretty handy on a lathe so will make bells no probs, been looking for a couple of months now at braking options and found loadsa 280&300mm rotor for around £100 just need to find some serious pads now, cheers for the replies by the way

That'll be a really tight squeeze. You would need to use a 8" PCD rotor so the ball joint could sit inside it otherwise you won't get the inward movement you need. That then creates another issue with the calipers - can they move outward enough to give you the space to use that sort of size rotor?

For 20mm I wouldn't use anything but hubcentrics unless you like your wheels falling off No

Ash's suggestion would be best if you're going with standard spacers though.

At 20mm I'd go bolt on spacers.

Well mite go for 15s or 16s then amd keep standard brake setup, I have got 20mm hubcentric spacers and longer bolts to try but maybe be selling my cyclones then MINT refurbed last year by pristine in satin gloss black.

To be honest unless you're doing track work, standard brakes (albeit with better pads) are the way to go.

If you're cooking them on the road, then you're obviously driving like a tool anyway and better brakes are going to give you false confidence and you'll crash and die and the world will explode.

I'd stick with standard brakes and have some nice wheels and no stupid squeal every time you fart on the middle pedal Yes
