Busy building new motor as old one is completely dead.
RFS engines are very rare so i am using a 406 ph1 2.0 16v block and head.
Using v6 pistons with block bored out to 87mm.
Crankshaft will be 2.0 hdi type giving 88mm stroke.
Using cams from old engine in new one.
Have alu pully from rich.Big grin

Build motor with all parts fitted and turn motor over a few times and no touching.
the pistons look almost the same as GTI6 pistons and valve cutout are the same size.
gudgeon pin is the same size 22mm and pin to top of piston is 0.3mm lower if i remember, but i did skim head also
