have been trailing through the bay and various local motor factors to see if i can find one but cant seem to get one is there one about or have i been waiting my time

There isn't one that covers the '6.

The FAQ section on here covers pretty much everything you would want to know.

The ordinary cooking model 306 Haynes manual is still a useful thing to have though.
