Hello fellow forum members!Hope you Fellas are starting the weekend nicely.

I had a search on this but couldn't find anything. I was thinking of getting me some Ph3 black A B and C pillars for my ph2 six as the grey ones are old and partially scratched.

However i thought that once the pillars are changed you still have that same grey ceiling. So i wanted to know if anyone on here has ever considered or attempted to turn the standard grey ceiling black as I think this would look much nicer and up to date in adition to the PH3 pillars.

Any suggestions on how to do it and with what to do it?? As i can imagine that rattle cans wouldn't work to well?

Any coments or suggestions welcome Thumbs up

Thanks in advance and cheers

Fabric dye works nice, spray cans also work, but you can use quite alot and if you touch it, it can come off easy.

Ive got some black abc pilla's aswell if you wanting some, £50, plus delivery.

I have got my headlining trimmed in [fake] alcantara. It looks quite good (well I think so), although you need to make sure that you stick it down well because rear passengers say that mine flaps in the wind (I bought a trimmed headlining so wasn't responsible for sticking it down).

Thats wy turning a standard ceiling to black would be ideal as there would be no problem to put it back. Stil, is it a lot of work to get the ceiling of?

You can use a spray dye on the roof lining for changing the colour.
It will actually seep into all the fibres so won't matter if the lining is touched once fitted as it will the the same colour all the way through.

I have been thinking of doing mine for a while, but changing the roof lining to black might also give the impression of the interior feeling a little cramped

Just don't even think of using spray paint Blink

It isn't too bad. You take off all the trim that touches it then pull it off (it's glued on) I wouldn't want to put a standard one back though as it is so easy to crease them.

Can you get this spray die in a paint brush style. Thinking, aslong as your carefull with it you wont have to take the ceiling off? Unsure

do you have a link for some of that stuff you described???? I can imagine that it's not wise to do this without removing the ceiling right? As the dye would not be able to penetrate the cloth/material?

Thanks in advance
