Ok so I bought a car that hasnt been driven for a few months. Its started up fine all week but I havent been driving it as I'm sorting a few things out on it.

I went to start it up this morning to make sure everything was ok and all the lights came on fine but there was a clicking noise coming from the glovebox area and the car wont start. Theres also no green light on the battery.

Do you think the batteries dead? or have I got some alarm/immobiliser problem. Its got a Clifford alarm so does anyone know if I disconnected the battery how I'd do it without making the alarm go off?
