The receipt said Scorpion but there are no markings at all and the tailpipe doesn't half look like a Jetex.

Thanks Smile

Nah, it's not a Scorpion. It's very similar though, probably a copy from another brand.

edit: Missed Craig's post above - he's spot on. It's one of the fake Magnex's that were being knocked out by an eBay shop a while back.

Its a garage receipt that says scorpion but I agree it looks nothing like the Scorpion's i've ever seen.
Anyway its fair to say its sounded really nice, not loud or boomy at all even with no interior in the car. Its deffo stainless.

Did the ebay 'magnex' have code plates on like the originals?

Whats the name of the garage on the receipt Blacky? They obviously didn't know what the hell they were selling.

It's a later style Mongoose/ later style claimed to be Magnex ('the fake Magnex') / Blueflame system!
The same company that now makes the Mongoose system for Collins Performance also used to make the old syle Magnex, but obviously to Magnex own spec / made sence them making it as they were next door!

Blueflame used to make the original Mongoose system but to Collins Performance spec, but they had a falling out bloody years ago. Blueflame's system looks to be identical to the Mongoose system, funny that.
