reet all got yet another prop with my car, filled the tank a few weeks ago and done 317miles which ive worked out for it to be around 29mpg, what should these engines get??

another thing is its been driving fine for the 2 weeks up until today on my way home from work, the car felt sluggish, say if you plant your foot it would take a few seconds for it to kick in then it would feel fine? not sure what this could be really

hope you can help

cheers

Just sounds like its over fueling so that should sort it. 29 mpg isn't that far from the norm though.

When I am next home you can bring it round if you want and I'll run a diag on it.

The coolant sensors are about £10 from ECP or about £20 from peugeot.

It's an XSI - 6 hybrid iirc. I'd have imagined it would be slightly better than a gti6 on fuel.

Lambda's another shout too by the way, mine was sluggish as hell unless on wide open throttle. Replaced the lambda and its been fine

Yea xsi body but everything else is a gti, tbh the mpg is bad compared to what it used to be i have had around 36mpg. Will get the lambda checked asap. But atm need to get a clutch sorted as mine has started to slip now. But it was fine on full thottle its just getting up to it its sluggish,

And yea Pretty much standard apart from magnex cat back and a k&n air filter (which will soon be replaced with a standard airbox with replacement filter)
