After reading on here I believe the main mount to swap to reduce movement is the lower mount.

I read on hear it's important to replace the bush on the "fork"? But that the baker one did not fit. I have contacted them and they have verified this but have said they may make one if I'm interested.

I am going to say yes, is anyone else interested?

The standard one is fine. If it's worn then just replace it like for like.

yes i am interested, would they also make a gearbox mount as i need one

They do a complete set of engine/gearbox mounts, the fork bush is the only mount they DON'T currently do Wink

they say there out of stock, also they dont reply to emails.

The lower Fork one if used will transmit allot and I mean allot of noise and vibration into the cabin, OK for track work but on a road car would drive you mad, A new OE one is only a few quid
