I ran a diagnostics on my can and got the above fault [or words to that effect].

Could this be caused by a leak before the downpipe or will I need a new sensor?

Unplug the lambda and go for a drive, see if the fault goes away...Yes

will that clear the code from the ECU? I wiped the code off and it is back, if the weather gets better i'll tidy the fire ring up and clear the fault.

It seems to be running fine which is confusing.

It means your lambda is fooked, usually heating element.

Intermittent means no long term fuel changesn

Fitted a new peugeot one.

I have been too busy. I will ASAP as the fire ring was one of my concerns.

Cool, tbh I think it's pretty normal as Mabz says his does it (stuttering) when cold occasionally, and mine hasn't done it since the weather got better. Maybe I was just getting worried for no reason. Would be good to hear if it happens to a third just to make me feel more confident Smile

May have a look at my fire ring as my exhaust is popping a hell of a lot more recently. Sounds good though Devil
